To be honest, I don't know what makes this an Irish Lamb Stew. The ingredients are almost the same as I would find in an ordinary stew. But I'm using the left over meat from our Moroccan Spiced Lamb we had for Christmas. So, there are a number of flavers all coming together in this case.
I think it tastes good.
Also, since the meat was already cooked I skipped the part where you coat the meat in fluor and fry on the stove.
In addition to thi,s I used a slow cooker.
